Known for lawn and gardening equipment, Troy-Bilt started out in the 1930’s with rototillers. Since then they’ve branched out into nearly all types of yard equipment. Troy-Bilt is now part of MTD Products, which also builds Cub Cadet and Remington products.
While Troy-Bilt doesn’t offer a standalone pole saw, they do have a gas trimmer which accepts other attachments including a pole saw.
If you’re looking to save money on a full array of gardening tools, Troy-Bilt has a good system. Once you buy their string trimmer which includes the gas engine, you can attach any of the “EZ-Link” tools. These attachments cost far less than complete tools, so you can save a lot of money if you need several power tools.
EZ-Link attachments include:
– PS720 Pole Saw
– LE720 Lawn Edger
– TB720 Blower
– BC720 Brushcutter
– GC720 Cultivator
– AH721 Hedge Trimmer
– BR720 Power Broom
As you can see, this makes it a really versatile gardening system. To find out more about the pole saw attachment itself, check the link below for our review.
